Why I don't use AI to write my blog posts

I don't use AI to write blog posts, for a few reasons:

• I use writing to guide and facilitate my thinking. Prompting AI to generate blog posts outsources that process to an LLM.
• I struggle to care as much when reading AI-generated content. I try to write things that I would be interested in reading, and AI-generated content will struggle to meet that criterion
• There is a distinct *smell* to AI-generated text, at least at the time of writing, and I don't want my blog posts to be stinky.
